Yes, each apartment is assigned one parking spot located directly in front of the front door. Additional overflow parking is available nearby.

Our property offers mailboxes, open space, a picnic area, and also has a Steamboat Springs transit bus stop at the entrance of the property. We are close to popular destinations, including Downtown Steamboat Springs, Yampa River, Lincoln Park, and Sweetwater Spring. Yes, Dream Island is a pet-friendly community. We require a non-refundable $350 pet fee, as well as $25/mo pet rent. For more information and specific questions, please contact our team.

Each studio includes a stainless steel refrigerator, a two-burner electric stovetop, and a combination stainless steel microwave and kitchen exhaust fan.

At this time, no, we do not offer furnished residences.

We accept two convenient forms of payment: online through the Resident Portal, or in-person using a WIPS number at participating locations such as Walmart or City Market.

Yes, renter's insurance is required.

In the Steamboat area, there are approximately 15 different internet providers to choose from. At Dream Island, some of the most reliable and commonly used options include Xfinity, CenturyLink, AT&T 5G, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

Utilities are included with your rent.

Included utilities are water, electric, trash, and snow removal. One parking spot is also provided.

Maintenance

All residences are inspected thoroughly by our maintenance team to ensure that it is clean, painted, and all appliances are working properly.

No, you do not have to be present for a service technician to perform work. As long as we have permission to enter from a leaseholder, our team can enter and repair or replace any issue you are dealing with.

Yes, we do have on-site maintenance.

You can submit a work order on the resident portal, or by calling the office to inform the Manager so they can submit a work order on your behalf to get it taken care of as soon as possible.

We keep a spare key for each apartment in case you get locked out of your residence. Please feel free to stop by the office or call the Emergency line, and we will be more than happy to help.

Location

At the entrance of Dream Island, there is a bus stop for Steamboat Springs Transit that allows you to freely travel around town. Our community is also only a 15-minute walk from downtown Steamboat Springs.

Dream Island is located in the Steamboat Springs School District. The Steamboat Springs School District offers access to an elementary, middle, and high school.
